Today’s Schedule: Senate to Vote on Tulsi Gabbard as DNI at 11 AM ET – Then HHS Committee to Vote on RFK Jr. to Lead Agency

On Wednesday morning at 11 AM Eastern the US Senate will vote to confirm Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence.

It appears that Tulsi may have the votes to be confirmed as ’s nominee.

Gabbard is a former Democrat lawmaker from Hawaii and former Democrat presidential candidate.

Following the vote, the Senate also plans to take a procedural vote on whether to advance the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., as Health and Human Services Secretary. The US Senate is still on track to confirm RFK Jr. on Thursday.

President Trump’s FBI nominee, Kash Patel, will clear the committee on Thursday. Then, his confirmation vote will be sent to the floor of the US Senate.
