The Trump-Macron handshake feud continued on Monday during the French president’s trip to the White House.

French President Emmanuel Macron arrived at the White House on Monday for a bilateral meeting with Trump to discuss the Russia and Ukraine negotiations.

President Trump greeted Macron with a ‘death grip’ handshake.

After a quick meeting in the Oval Office, President Trump and Emmanuel Macron held a joint presser at the White House.

At the conclusion of the joint presser, Trump practically dislocated Macron’s shoulder in a power play handshake.

The handshake dynamics between President Trump and President Macron have been a focal point of media attention going back several years.

Their initial meeting on May 25, 2017, during a NATO summit in Brussels, featured a firm handshake that lasted several seconds.
