Joe Biden on Wednesday snapped at a reporter asking if Trump deserves credit for the Israel-Hamas ceasefire and hostage release.
President Trump announced on Wednesday that a deal was reached for the release of Jewish hostages in the Middle East.
The hostages will be released shortly.
Trump posted the news on his Truth Social account.
“WE HAVE A DEAL FOR THE HOSTAGES IN THE MIDDLE EAST. THEY WILL BE RELEASED SHORTLY. THANK YOU!” Trump wrote.
A reporter asked Biden: “Who deserves credit for this? You or Trump?”
A peeved Joe Biden turned around and replied: “Is that a joke? Oh.”

A few minutes later Joe Biden’s State Department spox Matthew Miller admitted President Trump’s team has been critical to getting the hostage release deal done.
“When it comes to the involvement of President-elect Trump’s team, it’s been absolutely critical in getting this deal over the line,” State Department spox Matthew Miller said.
