Pete Hegseth’s Lawyer Says He Will File a Lawsuit Against Woman Accusing Hegseth of Sexual Assault if Not Confirmed by Senate (VIDEO)

Tim Parlatore

Pete Hegseth’s lawyer, Tim Parlatore, said he will file a lawsuit against Hegseth’s sexual assault accuser if his client is not confirmed by the senate to be ’s Defense Secretary.

Mr. Parlatore told CNN’s Kaitlan Collins that he will sue Hegseth’s sexual assault accuser for violating her settlememt agreement if Hegseth is not confirmed by the senate.

“With the violation of the agreement, if he is not confirmed as secretary of defense, we may still bring a civil extortion claim against her,” Tim Parlatore said.

“You might take legal action if he’s not confirmed?” CNN’s Kaitlan Collins asked Tim Parlatore.

“Absolutely. If the false claims of somebody that was part of an extortion, that was then put out in violation of a settlement agreement, ultimately causes him to lose his future employment opportunities, then yes, that is something that is worth bringing a lawsuit for,” Tim Parlatore said.

As previously reported, in 2017, Monterey, California, police investigated an allegation made by a married woman [Jane Doe] who claimed Pete Hegseth sexually assaulted her at a political event, but they found no evidence to support her claims.

Hegseth claimed the encounter was consensual.

Pete Hegseth’s attorney Timothy Parlatore told Vanity Fair last week: “This allegation was already investigated by the Monterey police department and they found no evidence for it.”

Far-left Mediaite obtained the 22-page police report in an effort to attack Pete Hegseth, but the police report confirmed that the police found the allegations to be false.

According to the police report, Jane Doe, 30, “was at the Hyatt Hotel in Monterey, on 10/7/17 attending a Republican women’s conference. On 10/7/17 she was drinking at the hotel after the conference and remembers approaching PETER HEGSETH, who was a speaker at the convention, and commented on how she did not appreciate how he treated women.”

“DOE then remembers leaving the hospitality room and going to a hotel room. She sees the suspect, HEGSETH, and remembers his dog tag necklace. DOE then remembers HEGSETH ejaculating on her stomach. HEGSETH told DOE “clean it up”. Doe then found her way back to her own hotel room,” the police report said.

Jane Doe waited four days to go to the hospital for an exam after she was allegedly sexually assaulted.

The police report said that Jane Doe told law enforcement that she “woke up in the morning and took a shower before going to work. The incident involving Hegseth did not dawn on Jane Doe, until she was home, on Monday.”

Pete Hegseth told police he was “buzzed” that night and insisted the sex with Jane Doe was consensual.

Surveillance video from 1:15 am showed Pete Hegseth and Jane Doe walking arm in arm. According to police, Jane Doe was smiling as she walked toward the pool with Hegseth.

Hegseth told police Jane Doe led him out of the hotel bar and went back to his hotel room. Hegseth told police that Jane Doe would not leave his hotel room.

Pete Hegseth said that shortly after the two had unprotected sex, Jane Doe, a married woman, had regrets and said she would just tell her husband that she passed out on the couch.

Jane Doe’s husband, who was staying in the same hotel with their children, repeatedly called and text his wife wondering where she was when she didn’t turn in at a decent hour.

She waited several days to report the rape and told police she couldn’t remember much of the night because she was inebriated.

Several witnesses, including Jane Doe’s husband, said she was not drunk on the night of the alleged assault.

Megyn Kelly absolutely destroyed Hegseth’s accuser’s story.
