“I’m Not Being a Wise Guy!” – Biden Starts Screaming Out of Nowhere (VIDEO)

On Tuesday, Biden delivered remarks on his dumpster fire at the Brookings Institution.

Biden rambled about Bidenomics, absurdly claiming that Trump will inherit his strong economy and hoping the incoming president doesn’t drive it into the ground.

“Most economists agree the new administration is gonna inherit a pretty strong economy, at least at the moment…. It is my profound hope that the new administration will preserve and build on this progress,” Biden said.

Biden also said he’s an expert on foreign policy as the we are on the brink of World War III thanks to his weakness.

“I know a fair amount about foreign policy,” Biden said after lighting the world on fire the past four years.

At one point began screaming out of nowhere.

“If we do not lead the world, what nation leads the world!? I’m not being a wise guy,” Biden shouted.
