Pete Buttigieg Doesn’t Mention Ohio Derailment at Conference, But Finds Time to Say There Are Too Many White People Who Work in Construction (VIDEO)

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg on Monday morning delivered remarks at the National Association of Counties Conference.

Buttigieg laughed about all his failures on the job.

“We’ve faced issues from container shipping to airline cancellations. Now we got balloons,” Buttigieg said laughing.

Buttigieg didn’t mention the Ohio train derailment during his remarks.

“About 50 cars, including 10 carrying hazardous materials, derailed in a fiery crash on Feb. 3 in East Palestine, Ohio. Vinyl chloride was later released into the air from five of those cars before crews ignited it to get rid of the highly flammable, toxic chemicals in a controlled environment, creating a dark plume of smoke.” WBNS reported.

WATCH:

Residents from neighborhoods near the crash site have been evacuated because of the toxic fumes.

Meanwhile Pete Buttigieg is complaining about white men.

Buttigieg didn’t mention the Ohio train derailment.

But he found time to complain about the too many white men who work in construction.
