A former employee in the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office filed a lawsuit against Kim Gardner and her assistant – contract employee Victor Martin who was convicted of first-degree murder.
The woman Rebecca Goetz, a longtime employee of the state of Missouri, alleges she is a victim of racism and retaliation after she was publicly abused by Martin and then later fired by Kim Gardner.
The lawsuit alleges Carter told Goetz, “I’m black, you’re not. You will never know how to help these participants,” during a meeting. Goetz was then suspended and fired soon after that.
Kim Gardner’s office denies they participated in any wrongful conduct.
Garnder, a Soros-funded Circuit Attorney has been caught up in scandal after scandal since she took over the position back in 2017.
The number of unsolved homicides in St. Louis has skyrocketed since she took office.

Newly filed pages of legal documents claim racism and retaliation from Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, the woman elected and sworn to uphold the laws of St. Louis and Missouri.
Rebecca Goetz, the person leveling the claims is white and said when a racist rant came her way, Gardner did nothing and then fired her…
…In October 2021, Ms. Goetz, a long-time employee of the state of Missouri, began working for Kim Gardner’s office as a Diversion Specialist. She worked with young offenders to get them back on the right track in order to get their criminal charges dropped.
In a new lawsuit filed against Gardner and her office, Goetz believed she was performing at a high level until a May 2022 meeting where Gardner was present.
“In the process of discussing business, one of the employees, told her she was not competent to do her job, because she is the wrong color,” Co-council Erich Veith said.
The lawsuit alleges, with most of the individual defendants present, including Gardner, that a co-worker, Victor Martin, referring to white employees, said “All you do is act like slave owners.”
Goetz’s attorneys said later in the meeting he repeatedly told Goetz words to the effects of, “I’m black, you’re not. You will never know how to help these participants,” referring to those in the diversion program.
Her lawyers said she was put on suspension without pay for a week, then fired. They said she was never given a reason why she was terminated.
“They examined personal texts she had with a fellow employee where she voiced concern this attack had occurred,” Schock said. “That’s protected speech, fighting against discrimination, you can’t be fired for fighting back against discrimination.”
Goetz’s attorneys say their biggest concern is Kim Gardner and her first assistant did nothing.
“She’s in charge of the office, she has the power to say, ‘Stop,’” Veith explained. “She is control of the meeting, and to decide not to do something, that’s where silence is speaking.”
There is heightened interest in Martin’s role in these allegations.
Martin was a contract employee of Gardner’s office at the time of the alleged incident. He had a major role in the diversion program according to legal documents.
Martin is on parole and is listed on the Missouri Department of Corrections Offender Search website as having an “Active sentence” of Murder 1st Degree.
Kim Gardner may be the most radical Soros-funded Circuit Attorney in the nation today.

Kim Gardner is so intolerable that two dozen attorneys and more than one-third of the trial lawyers left the office when she was hired. And this is a Democrat dominated office!
In August 2018 Kim Gardner announced her attorneys will no longer accept cases from 28 different St. Louis City police officers. Gardner called it her “exclusion list.”
Gardner did not tell the officers what they did to get on her list but they were being censored.
Gardner refused to charge a drug dealer who was found with 1,000 opiate pills and 30,000 in cash because she didn’t like the cop involved.–
And Gardner refused to charge the killer of a 7-year-old child despite a suspect’s confession —
Kim Gardner dropped the case against a suspect who shot another man in a traffic dispute in broad daylight.
Kim Gardner released all rioters and looters from jail without charges in the the 2020 St. Louis Black Lives Matter riots.
Kim Gardner was even caught on video lying about being harassed during a traffic stop!
Kim Gardner withheld evidence in the hoax attack on Governor Eric Greitens that got him removed from office.
And Kim Gardner was removed from the McCloskey case after she was caught fundraising off the incident!
She is a disaster.
