Joe Biden on Thursday traveled to Santa Clara, California to survey the damage caused by severe winter storms.
Biden was greeted by California Governor Gavin Newsom before touring the damage on Marine One.

Joe Biden delivered remarks at Seacliff State Park to reassure residents the federal government will be helping the community rebuild after the storms.
A defiant Joe Biden said he has “no regrets” when asked about the stolen classified documents found in his garage next to his Corvette.
Biden was visibly irritated by the reporter because she was doing her job by asking questions about the classified documents stored in his garage.
“What quite frankly bugs me is we have a serious problem here and the American people don’t quite understand why you don’t ask me questions about that,” Biden said.
“I have no regrets. I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do. It’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no there, there,” Biden said.
