RIDICULOUS: Maricopa County Attorney Claims That “Voter Suppression” No Longer Exists – Term Reserved For Lynching Of Black People From 1865 To 1933 (VIDEO)

On November 8, 2022, in red districts, over 50% of the tabulators or printers were not operating on Election Day in Maricopa County.

Republicans waited 4 hours in the Arizona sun to vote in Maricopa county. Thousands were told they could vote at a different precinct after they signed in, which they couldn’t. And tens of thousands were told to dump their ballot into a bin that would be counted later.

Following Election Day, Democrat candidates won more than 50% of the votes despite only recording 17% of the turnout on Election Day. How is this possible?

A cybersecurity expert in Kari Lake’s lawsuit contesting the stolen election says that Maricopa County intentionally planned the in-person voting disaster on Election Day, where printers and tabulators failed Republican voters at more than 59% of the 223 vote centers on Election Day. Voters on Election Day turned out for Kari Lake by a ratio of about 3:1.

This is clear voter suppression aimed at Republican election-day voters.

Old tweets from the Maricopa County Recorder even admit that the election officials are responsible for these tabulation errors and that sending voters to multiple locations or causing them to be unable to vote constitutes voter suppression and “disenfranchisement of voters.”

Kari Lake’s attorneys squared off in a hearing with Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs’ attorneys this morning. Watch the full hearing here.

The Gateway Pundit reported on last week’s hearing, where Judge Peter Thompson set the schedule for this lawsuit.

Maricopa County Attorney Tom Liddy argued in court today that this issue of voter suppression was improperly brought before the court by Kari Lake and her attorneys, claiming that “voter suppression” is a term reserved for black voters who were murdered by Democrats. “Voter suppression looks like the nearly 3500 African American men who were murdered, beaten in front of their families, and hanged from trees between 1865 and 1933,” said Liddy.

Additionally, a Runbeck whistleblower revealed in Lake’s filing that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots had no chain of custody documentation. This is a shocking and massive violation of the law. Twenty-five thousand ballots were added to Maricopa County’s totals after election day with no explanation of why the number of remaining ballots could increase. Also, tens if not HUNDREDS of thousands of mail-in ballots with mismatched signatures were illegally counted in violation of Arizona law.

These illegal and fraudulent votes suppressed legal votes.

In addition to downplaying modern-day voter suppression, Tom Liddy also stated that freedom of speech was “not properly brought before this court because this court is hearing an election contest.”

However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Elections officials colluded with big tech and the Federal Government to silence their Republican opponents and critics before the election. This is one of the many ways they suppressed Republican voters.

Liddy: There are numerous other issues that are not properly brought before this court because this court is hearing an election contest. Things like freedom of speech, and if I may indulge the court for just a few more minutes, the one I find, my clients find the most odious, and that is a claim that there has been voter suppression in Maricopa County in 2022. If there is one thing that Americans know, it’s what voter suppression looks like, your honor. Voter suppression looks like the nearly 3500 African American men who were murdered, beaten in front of their families, and hanged from trees between 1865 and 1933. Documented lynchings not just to prevent those African American men from voting but to terrorize their entire community. So they wouldn’t even want to register to vote. That’s voter suppression. Every American knows that.

Jordan has played a critical role in exposing fraud and corruption in Arizona's elections and elected officials. His reporting on election crimes in Maricopa County led to the resignation of one election official, and he was later banned from the Maricopa County press room for his courage in pursuit of the truth. TGP and Jordan finally gained access after suing Maricopa County, America's fourth largest county, and winning at the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
