Joe Biden Begins Summit in Cambodia by Thanking the ‘Prime Minister of Colombia’ (VIDEO)

Joe Biden on Saturday arrived in Cambodia after delivering remarks on climate change at COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.

Biden kicked off the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit by thanking the prime minister of Colombia.

The summit was hosted by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen.

“It was an honor to host at the White House in May, and now that we are back together in Cambodia,” Biden said. “I look forward to building even stronger progress than we’ve already made. I want to thank the prime minister for Colombia’s leadership as ASEAN chair.”

Joe Biden is turning 80 in 8 days and his cognitive decline is rapidly accelerating.

This is the second time Joe Biden referred to Cambodia as Colombia on his trip overseas.

Biden spoke to reporters as he was departing Egypt on Friday and said he was “heading over to Colombia.”
