Joe Biden held a rally in Westchester, New York on Sunday.

He had no idea what he was saying. He had no idea where he was.

During his brief remarks, Old Joe got heckled.

The old coot told his small gathering, “Let him hollar!”

Rough day out for Joe. It was his only stop today.
