Joe Biden on Monday traveled to Port of Ponce, Puerto Rico to deliver remarks on his administration’s pledge to support the hurricane-hit region.
Dr. Jill joined her invalid husband and arrived to Puerto Rico wearing a hideous, tacky tablecloth and bright orange espadrilles.
