Joe Biden had a particularly difficult time in his latest MSNBC interview.

During the painful discussion, the MSNBC host asked Joe Biden if he is going to run again for president.

Joe Biden gave his standard glassy-eyed stare and mumbled something. It appears he lost his train of thought and sat there silent for a couple of seconds.
