OUTRAGEOUS! Highest Missouri State Court Fines Kim Gardner ONLY $750 After She Admits to Wrongdoing in Greitens Case — Records Show 62 Acts of Misconduct

Crooked Soros-funded St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner got off easy by the state’s highest court.

The Missouri Supreme Court ruled on in April that far-left St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner must turn over communications with Soros operatives and Missouri political insiders related to her false case against former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

Former Governor Eric Greitens posted this tweet this afternoon.

A Missouri Appeals Court upheld a previous judge’s ruling in January against Soros-funded St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner.

The court unanimously ruled Kim Gardner failed to file a timely response to reporter John Solomon from Just the News for information on her communications with political insiders and Soros operatives.

A court last year found that Kim Gardner engaged in 62 acts of misconduct and 79 false representations in her prosecution of Eric Greitens.

Kim Gardner already faces a misconduct probe for illicit conduct in her plot to take down popular Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

UPDATE — GARDNER SKATES!

The Missouri Office of Disciplinary Counsel ruled in April that Gardner will face no disciplinary action for her lawlessness that resulted in the removal of popular Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

On Tuesday the state’s highest court fined Gardner only $750 for her offenses and lawlessness.

KMOV reported:

Tuesday, St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner was ordered to pay a fine for her handling of the criminal case against former Gov. Eric Grietens.

In April, Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner appeared before the Missouri Office of Disciplinary Counsel, which oversees attorney’s bar licenses, in a St. Louis County courthouse for claims of prosecutorial misconduct. She was accused in a 73-page report of failing to disclose evidence to Greitens’ lawyers, misrepresenting evidence, and other ethical violations. Gardner hired William Tisaby as a private investigator for the case. Tisaby, who has since pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for tampering with evidence in the case, interviewed a woman at the center of the Greitens case. Greitens was accused of knowingly taking a photograph of a woman in a “state of full or partial nudity without the knowledge and consent”.

Both sides accepted to reprimand, which is a formal acknowledgment that will go on Gardner’s license forever. According to documents, Chief Justice Paul Wilson ordered Gardner to pay a fine of $750.

What a complete joke. Gardner took out a very popular conservative governor based on false testimony and 79 false representations and all she got was a slap on the wrist.

What an outrageous result.
