The crazed and screaming leftist counter-protesters arrived and harassed Ashli Babbitt’s Mother Micki Witthoeft as her group congregated and sang songs that the prisoners could hear from inside the Gulag’s walls.
“F**k your Jesus!!”, they repeatedly yelled at the predominantly Christian crowd as they sang Bible songs with tambourines in front of the DC Jail. Leftist Counter-Protesters screamed horrific things at the still grieving mother, including “Ashli Deserved to Die! You are a bad Mom!”

The agitators carried signs that said “Insurrectionists Are Whining”! “J6ers Are Terrorists!” “You Are Going To Die!” as they chanted on megaphones and interrupted the singing of patriotic songs.

Micki Witthoeft, the mother of combat veteran and war hero Ashli Babbitt, has been holding a highly candle light vigil outside of DC Gitmo to be a support system for the political prisoners inside. The prisoners are able to see her and the groups of supporters every night outside their window praying for them and standing vigil by candle light as night descends.

The Gateway Pundit has attended the nightly vigil and it has been inspiring and beautiful to watch Americans come together from all over to finally stand in solidarity night for the political prisoners being unconstitutionally detained inside.

We spoken to the political prisoners inside and the vigil has brought them incredible peace as they sit watching from their cell windows and find relief knowing that America has not forgotten about them. “Unfortunately the mainstream media, Biden Regime and DOJ has divided out country and created these monsters that actually feel justified in the absolute cruelty they showed in telling a mother her daughter deserved to die,” said Tina Ryan of Citizens Against Political Persecution.

Ashli Babbitt mother lost her daughter to a senseless murder and in order to heal she is trying to raise the awareness and hope for the abused political prisoners by prayer and literally singing to them in person in an area that they can see and feel the love…it is hard to believe anyone would verbally attack such a beautiful gathering…these are not counter protesters. They are a mean harassing mob who celebrates the shooting an unarmed American woman without warning and harasses her grieving mother. It is abhorrent.”
