Why won’t the White House doctor answer questions from the press?
Joe Biden on Tuesday tested positive for Covid for the fourth day in a row of his ‘rebound’ China virus case.
White House doctor Kevin O’Connor was forced to admit that Joe Biden is experiencing symptoms after claiming he had no new symptoms on Monday.
“The President continues to feel well, though he is experiencing a bit of a return of a loose cough,” Dr. O’Connor said on Tuesday.
“He remains fever-free and in good spirits. His temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate and oxygen saturation remain entirely normal. His lungs are clear,” O’Connor wrote.
He continued, “Given his rebound positivity which we reported Saturday, we continued daily monitoring. This morning, his SARS-CoV-2 antigen testing remained positive.”
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Monday announced that Joe Biden is experiencing “lingering symptoms” from Covid.
Biden tested positive for Covid-19 the second time around on Saturday and restarted isolation.
A letter released from Dr. O’Connor on Monday did not mention that Joe Biden is experiencing “lingering symptoms.”
Joe Biden emerged from his gurney Monday night and delivered remarks from the White House balcony.
Biden’s handlers trotted old Joe out on Monday evening amid his Covid isolation and he could barely read the teleprompter.
