White House Releases Photo and Video Statements by Biden on Coming Down With COVID; “Folks, I’m doing great”

The released a photo and video Thursday in an effort to downplay the news of Joe Biden coming down with COVID. Biden says he has mild symptoms but he is “Keeping busy!” and “Getting a lot of work done.”

“Folks, I’m doing great. Thanks for your concern. Just called Senator Casey, Congressman Cartwright, and Mayor Cognetti (and my Scranton cousins!) to send my regrets for missing our event today. Keeping busy!”

Hey folks, I guess you heard, this morning I tested positive for COVID. But I’ve been double vaccinated, double boosted. Symptoms are mild. And uh, and I really appreciate your inquiries and concerns. But I’m doing well, gettin’ a lot of work done, gonna continue to get it done and uh, and in the meantime thanks for your concern. And keep the faith, it’s gonna be okay.”

One year ago today Biden promised the vaccinated they would not get COVID.

Two years ago Biden attacked for getting COVID, “He didn’t take the necessary precautions to protect himself or others. And the longer Donald Trump is president, the more reckless he gets”

Kamala Harris’ latest press secretary tried to calm a worried nation, “This morning, Vice President Harris tested negative for COVID-19. She was last with the President on Tuesday. She spoke to the President by phone this morning. The schedule will continue as planned. The Vice President will remain masked following the advice of the WH medical team”
