Would-Be Kavanaugh Assassin Identifies as Trans – Planned to Kill Three Conservative Supreme Court Justices

A California man was arrested in June near the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

The man reportedly told police he was there to kill Kavanaugh. After the story broke, the Supreme Court issued a statement confirming the incident.

Kavanaugh has been targeted by protesters at his home since the leak of a draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade. Far left activists posted his address online and on Twitter.  Now there are assassins stalking their neighborhoods.

New York Post columnist Karol Markowicz posted to Twitter, “Breaking: A man was arrested outside of Brett Kavanaugh’s residence around 1:45am last night. The man had a gun and said he was there to kill Kavanaugh. He was taken into custody without incident…I can confirm the man taken into custody outside of Brett Kavanaugh’s house last night is a 26 year old white male with a California driver’s license. Previous address in Seattle…I got it direct from a source but should be out soon.”

The Biden administration and US Attorney General Merrick Garland refuse to uphold the US Constitution and allowed the radical far left protesters to stalk conservative Supreme Court Justices at their homes.

Several of the justices have children at home.
The would-be assassin Nicholas Roske searched terms describing stabbing and semi auto rifle on Google.

The Free Beacon reported:

Nicholas Roske searched on Google for the “quietest semi auto rifle” and the “most effective place to stab someone” before he arrived outside Kavanaugh’s home in June, according to an FBI warrant obtained by Fox News. The 26-year-old also said in an online chat forum he was going to “remove some people from the supreme court” to “stop roe v wade from being overturned.”

Roske was in possession of a handgun, knife, pepper spray, and burglary tools when he was arrested.

The would-be assassin later told investigators he was hoping to murder three Supreme Court justices and remake the court.

Roske also identified as trans and went by “Sophie.”
