Joe Biden on Tuesday signed into law 9 bills aimed at improving care for veterans.
Joe Biden was joined by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in the East Room of the White House.
Biden delivered remarks during the bill signing and invited the children in attendance to stay behind and talk to him.
“Kids, thank you for being here, ok? Thank you very much. Maybe I can talk to you afterwards. Would you talk to me later?” creepy Uncle Joe said.
