A Minnesota Senate ethics committee, comprised of conservatives and liberals, voted unanimously to investigate Democratic Farmer-Labor Party (DFL) member, Senator Omar Fateh for voter fraud.
Fateh allegedly tried to secure taxpayer funding for a nonprofit that helped his campaign.

Fateh’s brother-in-law was found guilty for lying to a grand jury.
“The subcommittee decided Wednesday to formally investigate Fateh for his possible involvement in a voter fraud scheme and an incident in which he tried to secure taxpayer funding for a nonprofit that helped his campaign. The subcommittee also decided without objection to issue subpoenas, bringing in witnesses to share what they know,” Alpha News reported.

One of Fateh’s campaign operatives (who is also his brother-in-law) was recently found guilty of lying to a grand jury about his conduct in fraudulently trafficking three absentee ballots during the 2020 election. The operative, Muse Mohamud Mohamed, also used to live at an address registered to Fateh’s wife.
The initial ethics complaint filed against the senator accuses him of “failing to expressly address his involvement in the unauthorized delivery of 2020 primary election absentee ballots and retaining his Senate staffer who reportedly directed the fraudulent election activity.”

That staffer, Dawson Kimyon, was an aide to Sen. Fateh until recently and will be subpoenaed by the committee.
It can be recalled last September 2020, Project Veritas exposed a ballot harvesting scheme involving political allies and associates of Rep. Ilhan Omar in Minnesota.
In undercover footage released by Project Veritas, the investigative journalists found that Omar’s campaign manager Ali Isse Gainey is a key player in the ballot harvesting scheme.
Trump even called for US Attorneys to launch an investigation into a ‘cash-for-ballots’ scheme involving political allies and associates of Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar.
“This is totally illegal. Hope that the U.S. Attorney in Minnesota has this, and other of her many misdeeds, under serious review??? If not, why not??? We will win Minnesota because of her, and law enforcement. Saved Minneapolis & Iron O Range!” Trump said in a midnight tweet.

The Minneapolis police department (or what’s left of it) announced they are looking into allegations of voter fraud and illegal ballot harvesting. Up to this day, we don’t have an update regarding her case.
