Former Ron DeSantis opponent Andrew Gillum, once celebrated as “The Woke Obama” and “The Next Obama” by progressives and the mainstream media, has now been indicted by the Biden Department of Justice on NINETEEN counts of wire fraud and making false statements to the FBI, according to the United States Attorney’s office for the Northern District of Florida.

If convicted, Gillum faces up to 45 years in prison.

The maximum terms of imprisonment for the offenses are as follows:

5 years: Making False Statements
20 years: Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud
20 years: Wire Fraud

A federal grand jury has returned a twenty-one count indictment against Andrew Demetric Gillum, 42, and Sharon Janet Lettman-Hicks, 53, both of Tallahassee, Florida. The indictment was announced by Jason R. Coody, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.

The Indictment alleges that between 2016 and 2019, defendants Gillum and Lettman-Hicks conspired to commit wire fraud, by unlawfully soliciting and obtaining funds from various entities and individuals through false and fraudulent promises and representations that the funds would be used for a legitimate purpose. The Indictment further alleges the defendants used third parties to divert a portion of those funds to a company owned by Lettman-Hicks, who then fraudulently provided the funds, disguised as payroll payments, to Gillum for his personal use. Both defendants are charged with 19 counts of wire fraud. Gillum is also charged with making false statements to agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

This journalist covered the 2018 Florida gubernatorial campaign between Ron DeSantis and Andrew Gillum extensively, including the recount where Broward County Supervisor Elections Brenda Snipes attempted to steal the election for her fellow Democrat. Thankfully, hundreds of Floridians rallied outside the Broward Supervisor of Elections offices, with journalists like Laura Loomer and myself on the ground exposing the fact that illegal ballots were being counted in the middle of the night and behind closed doors!

How A Few “Troublemakers” In Their 20’s Took Down Andrew Gillum

Due this reporting and Snipes’ history of election fraud (which was even decried by a major far-left congressional candidate in previous elections), Democrats efforts to steal the election from Ron DeSantis were unsuccessful. The final tally showed DeSantis edging out Gillum by 0.4%, or 30,000 votes, it was that close.

But Democrats were not ready to let Gillum go. Weeks after he lost the recount, Gillum was courted by former President Barack Obama during a meeting in DC and speculated to be considering a bid for President of the United States in 2020.

Following his defeat, Gillum would shift his campaign cash and fundraising efforts to his PAC, Forward Florida, promising to underwrite voter registration efforts to help Florida Democrats flip the state from red to blue. Almost from the start, personal injury attorney John Morgan, who is one of the most prolific Democrat fundraisers in America (who lives in Florida) said he viewed this as Gillum’s personal slush fund and not a legitimate effort to ever intended on helping Democrats.

Even so, Gillum would enjoy high-profile appearances on cable news networks like MSNBC and CNN. He got a gig at Harvard around the same time that it was announced that gun-grabbing March For Our Lives Co-Founder David Hogg would soon be attending the Ivy League school.

He had a few bumps in the road, like having to pay $5,000 in fines relating to ethics violations in 2019 after repeatedly denying wrongdoing, which TGP reported on.

Then it all came crashing down in mid-March of 2019, when this journalist was first to publish an image of Gillum passed out on a vomit covered towel following a meth fueled orgy that involved a well-known male escort. Candace Owens had published a police report regarding the incident prior to this journalist obtaining the graphic photo and other details about who was at the drug fueled sex romp.

Gillum was at the time, and still is, a married man with several young children. He traveled over 8-hours from his family home in North Florida to Miami under the guise of “attending a friends wedding” to participate in what has been described as a “days long” bender with the male escort and several other men.

As per usual, the Democrat controlled City of Miami Beach and their counterparts in the police department, quickly covered up for Gillum, refusing to release the body cam footage and declining to arrest the former candidate for governor.

After news broke about the gay sex meth orgy that Gillum had partaken in, he entered rehab, denied consumption of illicit narcotics and blamed it all on an alcohol problem. Not long after, The Advocate (LGBT Magazine) and several other publications accused this journalist of “setting Gillum up” in some conspiracy to end his political career.

Then in February of 2021, nearly a year later, GQ magazine called this journalist for a quote on a story he was working on about Gillum, which of course was a puff-piece geared at helping Gillum restart his political career. In that article Gillum claimed he had always been bisexual and that his wife had always know. GQ helped frame him as being victimized for the gay sex meth orgy he willingly joined, with softball after softball.

For a time, the media concocted rebranding of Gillum appeared to be complete. He started a podcast, popped up from time to time on cable news, remaining on the “down-low” and for the right time to restart his political career.

Well, with today’s indictment, which will be unsealed in full at 1pm by the US Attorney’s office, Gillum’s comeback is officially DOA. Gillum is set to make his initial appearance at the federal courthouse in Tallahassee, Florida at 2pm, the town where he was once the most powerful man as Mayor.

And a final word to the wise, this journalist first reported how Gillum as Mayor of Tallahassee was known to attend drug fueled parties in the capitol city and was allegedly involved in a relationship with a male lobbyist, who some are alleging flipped on Gillum when contacted by the FBI.

This is an ongoing story and we will update it as soon as more is known.
