Prosecutors Drop Charges Against Far-Left ‘Security Guard’ Matthew Dolloff in Shooting Death of Trump Supporter in Denver

In October 2020, a far-left ‘private security guard’ for 9News shot and killed a Trump supporter during dueling rallies.

The deadly shooting took place during a clash at a pro-Trump rally and a counter “protest” by the militant leftists.

Matthew Dolloff was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Lee Keltner.

Dolloff pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and on Thursday the Denver District DA’s office dropped the charges.

CBS4 reported:

Prosecutors are dropping charges against the former security guard accused of killing a protestor in Denver in October 2020. Matthew Dolloff is accused in the shooting death of Lee Keltner during a demonstration, while Dolloff was working as an armed guard for 9News.

On Thursday, prosecutors confirmed to CBS4 they were dropping charges against Dolloff.

“I can confirm that having fully considered the facts and circumstances surrounding the charges, today we informed Lee Keltner’s family members that we will soon dismiss the criminal case against Matthew Dolloff. In line with our ethical obligations, we cannot overcome the legal justifications of self-defense or defense of others. We are not able to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt,” stated Carolyn Tyler, Communications Director for the Denver District Attorney’s Office.

TGP previously pictures from the event where Keltner and Dolloff faced off.

In the first picture, they approach each other. Then Dolloff pushes Keltner and Keltner retreats. In response, the grandfather Keltner, shoots what was reportedly bear spray at Dolloff.

In response to the spray, Dolloff shoots Keltner dead.
