Tuesday marked day two of the Senate confirmation hearing for Biden’s SCOTUS nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson.
Last Wednesday, Hawley posted a Twitter thread based on Jackson’s record as a federal judge and as a member of the U.S. Sentencing Commission that showed Jackson consistently sympathized with and sentenced child porn offenders to sentences well below those in the sentencing guidelines.

Hawley on Monday confronted Judge Jackson to her face during the hearing and ran through seven cases where she was lenient on pedophiles.
In every child porn case, Judge Jackson handed down a lenient sentence well below federal guidelines.
Judge Jackson on Tuesday defended her record letting child porn offenders off the hook arguing that federal guidelines are outdated.
