President Trump won the 2022 Presidential Straw Poll at CPAC this weekend. His closest challenger was Governor Ron DeSantis.
Trump had 59% support. DeSantis had 28%, more than 30 points behind the 45th President.
The CPAC poll by McLaughlin and Associates also found that the top issues for conservatives are:
1– Election integrity
2– Immigration/Border wall
3– Constitutional rights (free speech, freedom of religion, etc)
