NEW: EU Countries will Provide Fighter Jets to Ukraine

European Union countries will provide fighter jets to Ukraine under Brussels funding to help fight against Russian troops, Agence France-Presse reported Sunday.

Germany on Saturday authorized the Netherlands to send weapons to Ukraine in a major shift in a long-standing policy to not export weapons to a war zone.

The Netherlands will send Ukraine 400 rocket-propelled grenade launchers, the defence ministry in Berlin said, according to Reuters.

Sweden is also breaking tradition and sending military aid to Ukraine.

Joe Biden this weekend approved $350 million in military aid for Ukraine.
