BREAKING: Russian Troops Begin Withdrawal from Ukrainian Border – Video Released of Russian Heavy Weapons Returning to Russia from Belarus

The Russian Ministry of Defense published on Tuesday what it said is fresh footage of Russian tanks and other heavy weapons being loaded to return to Russia from neighboring Belarus, via Russia Today.

Russian Defence Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov announced on Tuesday that military units have already been relocated away from the border with Ukraine.

The Russian troops have completed their training in Belarus and will begin returning to their places of regular deployment.
