Biden in Ohio: “Every Time I Get a Chance, I Go Home to Delaware. You Think I’m Joking – I’m Not” (VIDEO)

Joe Biden on Thursday traveled to Lorain, Ohio to deliver remarks on his infrastructure law he signed in November.

Biden announced the US is investing $1 billion to clean up the Great Lakes.

As usual, Joe Biden’s speech was full of gaffes and bizarre stories.

At one point Joe Biden claimed he was a lifeguard on Lake Oswego in New York (doesn’t exist).

“At my old hangouts as well. I went to Syracuse University. I was a lifeguard on Lake Oswego and I know the Oswego River up in New York,” said Biden.

There is no Lake Oswego in New York.

Joe Biden also said he loves being home in Delaware….while he was in Ohio.

“Every time I get a chance, I go home to Delaware. You think I’m joking, but I’m not,” said Biden.
