White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Thursday warned Republicans against “playing games” with Joe Biden’s Supreme Court pick.
Joe Biden on Thursday delivered remarks on the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
“I’ve made no decision except one: The person I will nominate will be someone with extraordinary qualifications…That person will be the first Black woman ever nominated to the United States Supreme Court,” said Biden.
Psaki said Republicans who label Biden’s SCOTUS nominee as “radical” before she is named just “obliterated their own credibility.”
“Our intention is to not play games,” Psaki said.

Never mind what Senator Feinstein and the Democrats did to Brett Kavanaugh in 2018.
The Justice Department never followed through with any of the criminal referrals after Kavanaugh was defamed and falsely accused of gang rape.
