Kamala Harris sat down for a one-on-one softball interview with CBS’s “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan.
Harris sounded like an ill-prepared high schooler while trying to answer questions on foreign policy, domestic policy, Covid and more.
At one point Kamala Harris said “democracy” was the biggest national security challenge facing the US.
“Frankly, one of them is our democracy. There is, I think, no question in the minds of people who are foreign policy experts that the year 2021 is not the year 2000,” she said.
“And we are embarking on a new era where the threats to our nation take many forms. Including the threat of autocracies taking over and having outsized influence around the world,” Harris said.
CRINGE.
Toward the end of the train wreck interview Margaret Brennan asked “border czar” Kamala Harris what her biggest failure has been.
“To not get out of DC more,” Harris said cackling.
