Fake News Hack Brian Williams Leaving MSNBC as Network Crumbles

Serial liar and fake news hack Brian Williams is leaving MSNBC and NBC next month as the network crumbles.

Brian Williams repeatedly lied about taking fire on a helicopter in Iraq.

He also lied about seeing dead bodies float past his hotel in New Orleans while covering Katrina.

And the NBC anchor added that he suffered from dysentery after drinking floodwater.
(Why was he drinking floodwater?)

An Internal investigation by NBC found that serial liar Brian Williams embellished stories at least 11 times over the years.

He was later demoted for lying.

According to reports, Williams “left on his own accord.”

Variety reported:

Brian Williams, the veteran anchor who became an integral part of MSNBC after a critical on-air gaffe in 2015 while behind the anchor desk at “NBC Nightly News” led to his removal from that landmark program, is parting ways with the cable-news outlet and striking out on his own.

His next steps in the news business, or whether he expects to continue in it, remain unknown. “This is the end of a chapter and the beginning of another,” Williams, 62, said in a note to NBC News and MSNBC staffers Tuesday evening. “There are many things I want to do, and I’ll pop up again somewhere. For the next few months, I’ll be with my family, the people I love most and the people who enabled my career to happen. I will reflect on the kindness people have shown me, and I will pay it forward.” He expects to end his run at MSNBC and his show, “The 11th Hour,” by the end of the year, which is when his current contract lapses.

MSNBC is crumbling after years of spewing lies about President Trump.

The network’s most popular anchor, Rachel Maddow, spent years yammering on about Trump-Russia conspiracy theories.

Now that the Trump-Russia story has completely collapsed, Maddow has nothing to talk about so she will be leaving MSNBC next year.

In October, MSNBC’s average primetime viewership declined by 71% according to Nielsen.
