Joe Biden took the afternoon off so he could speak at Terry McAuliffe’s rally on Tuesday night.

Biden screamed and slurred his words and made no sense — typical Joe Biden.

Then he spit in a poor woman’s face.

After the rally Terry McAuliffe started dancing.
That ought to have cost him a few thousand votes.
