Joe Biden Relies on Notecards During Remarks on Hurricane Ida, Still Gets Lost, “Uh, Uh, You Know, Uh as I Said” (VIDEO)

This was painful to watch.

Joe Biden on Tuesday traveled to Queens, New York and Hillsborough Township, New Jersey on Tuesday to survey flooding from Hurricane Ida.

Biden received a hurricane briefing from Somerset County, New Jersey leaders and delivered remarks on so-called climate change.

Biden said climate change was to blame for hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires and droughts.

Dementia Joe relied on notecards as he incoherently rambled about climate change and he still got lost.

At one point Joe Biden suggested the state of Nevada is in the ‘middle of the country’ and got confused over the derecho in Iowa last year.

“Looks like a tornado, they don’t call them that anymore,” said Biden of the severe storm (derecho) in Iowa.
