Joe Biden Shuffles Away From Podium, Refuses to Answer Questions After Delivering Unhinged Speech on Afghanistan Departure (VIDEO)

Joe Biden was two hours late for his speech on the Afghanistan departure on Tuesday.

Biden shouted, slurred and sounded unhinged as he bragged about a “successful” withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Joe Biden blamed the stranded Americans that he left behind enemy lines in Afghanistan.

Joe Biden immediately shuffled away from the podium after he finished his speech and refused to answer any questions.

Reporters shouted questions as Biden turned his back on them and walked away (he made sure to put his mask on).
