Joe Biden returned to the White House on Tuesday after spending several days in Delaware.

Biden looked frail as he wandered onto the grass.

A handler had to actually point to show Joe Biden where to walk.

Joe Biden’s Secret Service agents and handlers know they have to baby him every step of the way because of his cognitive decline.
