China Uses UN Human Rights Council To Attack The US, UK And Australia of ‘Using Democracy to Bring About Great Suffering’ in Afghanistan

By Chris Simon

The Biden regime is abandoning thousands of Americans to the Taliban in Afghanistan. Conditions on the ground are about to get much worse.

The Chinese UN envoy Chen Xu has given the Taliban a green light to hunt down Americans and hold them accountable for “human rights abuses” in Afghanistan.

Sky News Australia reports:

The Chinese envoy to the UN has slammed the US and Australia for apparent “violations of human rights” in Afghanistan and has accused Coalition forces of using democracy to bring about “great suffering”.

The Human Rights Council held a special session in Geneva on Tuesday in order to address “serious human rights concerns” in Afghanistan a week after the Taliban took control in Kabul.

Despite the concerns over human rights abuses perpetrated by the Taliban, China’s envoy to the United Nations, Chen Xu, used the special session to attack America and its allies.

“The US, UK, Australia and other countries must be held accountable for the violation of human rights committed by their military in Afghanistan and the evolution of this current session should cover this issue,” Mr Chen said.

“Under the banner of democracy and human rights the US and other countries carry out military interventions in other sovereign states and impose their own model on countries with vastly different history and culture.”
