The explosion reportedly occurred at the Baron Hotel near the aiport.

The Baron Hotel was a meeting point for stranded Americans earlier this week where they were rescued by Chinook helicopter.
Americans had gathered at the Baron Hotel near the airport, and three Chinook helicopters brought them to safety Thursday, Kirby confirmed to CNN and The New York Times on Friday.
