Joe Biden on Monday delivered remarks on the 31st anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act from the Rose Garden.

As usual, Joe Biden got confused and forgot a congressman’s name.

Then Biden confused whether a guest’s mother was attending the event.

“Where’s mom? Mom?” Biden said looking around lost.
