Joe Biden Tries to Inspire Newly Sworn Citizens at Naturalization Ceremony, But Ends Up Making No Sense in Jumbled Word Salad (VIDEO)

Joe Biden on Friday participated in a naturalization ceremony with DHS Chief Alejandro Mayorkas in the East Room of the White House.

78-year-old Biden tried to inspire the newly sworn citizens but ended up making no sense in a jumbled word salad.

“Look, today, um, today’s special guests to all of you, it’s my honor to congratulate the 21 of you, who’ve earned the title of that our democracy in every – is equal to being president – it’s of the same consequence – citizen, citizen of the United States of America,” Biden said.
