Joe Biden traveled to La Crosse, Wisconsin on Tuesday to deliver remarks on his gargantuan infrastructure bill.
“This bipartisan breakthrough is a great deal for the American people,” Biden said on Tuesday of the highly unpopular bill. “Not just for folks in cities, not just for red states or blue states, but for everybody.”
At one point Joe Biden got confused and claimed he was at an in-person tour at Proterra’s bus factory when it was virtual (screenshot below).

Joe Biden is either lying or his dementia kicked in.
“And I was just at the factory down in the Carolinas and it is really amazing to see,” Biden said.
