NYPD identified the man who shot 3 random people, including a 4-year-old child in Times Square on Saturday evening.
Police identified Farrakhan Muhammad as a person of interest by his brother, the Denver Channel reported.
NYPD is asking the public to provide any information they have about Muhammad’s whereabouts to the department’s tip line.

Three people, including a 4-year-old child were shot in Times Square in broad daylight late Saturday afternoon.
According to reports, four men in front of 1515 Broadway got into an argument when at least one them (now identified as Farrakhan Muhammad) pulled out a gun and began to shoot.
The bullets missed the men and struck three other innocent bystanders.
Two women and one child were taken to Bellevue Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
