Joe Biden and South Korean President Moon Jae-in held a joint press conference in the East Room of the White House on Friday.
President Moon is the second head of state to visit the White House since Biden was sworn in to office in January.
Moon participated in a ceremony that awarded a medal of honor to Korean war veteran Ralph Puckett Junior.
Joe Biden’s remarks on Friday were awkward and he struggled to form coherent sentences.
At one point Joe Biden confused 5G with the G5 summit.

Then he said this: “K-pop fans are universal. Now, I can tell those who laughed know what I’m talking about.”
