Joe Biden traveled to Cleveland, Ohio on Thursday to deliver remarks on the economy.

Joe Biden held a presser at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland and at one point he wandered away from the lectern and looked lost.

Dementia Joe then forgot what DARPA stands for.

Biden said DARPA stands for “Defense Applied Application Research.”

Actually, DARPA stands for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
