DEVELOPING: BLM Mob Forms at Scene of Officer-Involved Shooting Death of Black Man in Elizabeth City, North Carolina (VIDEO)

A 40-year-old black man was shot and killed by a sheriff’s deputy on Wednesday in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

According to reports, deputies were serving a search warrant Wednesday morning in the 400 block of Perry Street, off Roanoke Avenue.

The man, 40-year-old Andrew Brown, got into his car and began to drive away when deputies opened fire.

Witnesses said they heard between 6 to 8 gunshots.

The family insists Brown, who was a father to 10 children, was unarmed, however the investigation is still ongoing.

A BLM mob formed at the scene of the shooting Wednesday afternoon.


Onlookers screamed at cops securing the scene.
