Never let a crisis go to waste, right?
California governor Gavin Newsom (D) said the Coronavirus is an opportunity to create a new “progressive era.”
The Coronavirus panic has caused unemployment to spike in the wake of unprecedented shelter-in-place orders from local and state governments.
President Trump just signed a mammoth $2 trillion Coronavirus economic stimulus package and Congress is already working on a 4th bill.
Governors have closed down churches and small businesses because of the Coronavirus, stripping Americans of their First Amendment rights.
Pastors are being threatened for holding church services and in some cases arrested for defying ‘social distancing’ guidelines.
Newsom, who considered declaring martial law a couple weeks ago after 12 Coronavirus deaths in the state, praised the revolution.
“We see this as an opportunity to reshape the way we do business and how we govern,” Newsom said.
