Oh, Joe!
Sleepy Joe Biden gave another boring speech in Philadelphia on Tuesday after primary victories in Missouri, Mississippi and Michigan.
Old Joe sounded more like he was giving a eulogy than a victory speech.
Biden’s speech was limited to 10 minutes in order to minimize his chances of a brain freeze.
At one point the 77-year-old appeared to slur his speech and struggle with his teeth.
Biden slurred and struggled as he said, “…access to good education regardless of their zip code.”

Recall, Biden’s teeth almost flew out of his face in September during one of the Democrat debates.
