Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) announced on Wednesday he will introduce a resolution to censure and condemn Speaker Nancy Pelosi for violating the Code of Official Conduct during the State of the Union Address last night.
Nancy Pelosi ripped up President Trump’s signed copy of the State of the Union Address last night following his historic speech.
Despite this being a petulant display the House Speaker is required to preserve official government documents. There was some rumbling today that Pelosi in her angry outburst destroyed official government property.
In response to her classless outburst, I've decided to introduce a resolution to censure & condemn Speaker Pelosi.
In a new low, she violated the Code of Official Conduct requiring Members "behave at all times in a manner that shall reflect creditably on the House." pic.twitter.com/gvf6KWNpSM
