Mark Zaid, one of the attorneys representing the anonymous whistleblower in the Ukraine impeachment inquiry against President Trump retweeted, without disputing, a tweet that named him as the attorney for the man alleged to be the whistleblower: Eric Ciaramella.

Zaid has threatened any and all from President Trump and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) on down with being held responsible for any harm that comes from naming his whistleblower client.
Former Trump administration official Sebastian Gorka tweeted a comment Wednesday night about Zaid’s tweet in the first days of Trump’s presidency about a coup, saying, “This is Eric Ciaramella – the “Whistleblower’s” – lawyer calling for a rebellion against duly elected President @realDonaldTrump Disbar Mark Zaid now. Then charge him with SEDITION.”

A friend of Zaid’s, D.C. attorney Scott Rome, came to his defense an hour-and-a-half later, tweeting over Gorka, “If my centrist & non-partisan friends @MarkSZaidEsq & @BradMossEsq were going to start a left wing coup against Trump, I would think they would have called me, an actual lefty, to pitch in and help. No call, so no coup. I’ll keep waiting by the phone.”

Zaid quickly retweeted Rome, with Gorka’s tweet visibly embedded and did not disavow or add a ‘neither confirming nor denying’ disclaimer to Gorka’s claim that “This is Eric Ciaramella – the “Whistleblower’s” – lawyer”.
The next tweet in Zaid’s timeline after the retweet of the undisputed claim he is the attorney for alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella is one at 9:12 p.m. EST Wednesday that included the hashtag, #ProtectTheWhistleblower.
Clearly @RandPaul is not a fan of #whistleblowers. This will have negative repercussions for all #WBers going forward, including in future Democrat Administrations.#ProtectTheWhistleblower https://t.co/fSyCnqEeaZ

Meanwhile Facebook is censoring and threatening The Gateway Pundit and others for doing what the whistleblower’s attorney did: mention the alleged whistleblower’s name: Eric Ciaramella.
