New Fearless, Anti-PC Comedy Series ‘DWECK’ Hits The Interwebs
Comedy from liberals is everywhere — all the late-night talk shows, Saturday Night Live, and most of prime-time network TV.
Enter Victor Dweck. The 32-year-old Manhattanite actually takes a swipe at everyone, but because he’ll also “go there” and smack down liberals, he’s looking to lock up 100% of the viewers surfing that crazy world wide web just looking for a laugh.
Dweck has launched a new show on Blaze Media, which was created by the merger of TheBlaze and CRTV. “DWECK,” as the series is called, features sketches with Dweck and Tom Leopold, who wrote, directed and produced the series, along with other actors.
You might recognize Dweck from the viral sensation “The Fireman” released last summer. That sketch also starred Shane Gillis, who was previously a part of Dweck’s cast of players before moving on to a career in standup, and eventually being infamously fired by SNL for “racist” comments.
Leopold is a veteran comedy writer who served as story editor for 26 episodes of Seinfeld. He has written for everyone from Miley Cyrus to Vice President Mike Pence.
Dweck’s first sketch for Blaze Media, “Happy Lotus,” tells the story of a masseuse (Joohong Jung) jacking up the price of a massage after seeing that her client (Dweck) is the owner of a “Make America Great Again” hat.
“You are racist!” the masseuse says.
Triggered by the hat (Dweck claims it is not his), the masseuse goes on a progressive rant, blaming Dweck for the U.S.-China Trade War among other things. But there’s a twist to the whole interlude (see below).
Blaze Media will release a new DWECK sketch every week exclusively on its YouTube channel at YouTube.com/BlazeTV.
