On Thursday Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) joined Lou Dobbs following the release of the partisan CIA whistleblower report.
Mark Meadows told Lou the foundation of the whistleblower’s complaint is already starting to fall apart.
Rep. Mark Meadows: Here’s what we do know. There’s reports out just minutes ago that on page three where the whistleblower said that he heard a counselor for the State Department was actually on the call, well the State Department says, no that didn’t happen. Well, we’re going to find out a whole more of what didn’t happen.
The partisan CIA whistleblower said in his report that State Department official Ulrich Brechbuhl was on the call with the Ukrainian president.
He wasn’t.
Scoop: Senior Govt Official tells @CBSNews Counselor to the State Department Ulrich Brechbuhl was NOT on the @POTUS call with #Zelensky, as the whistle blower complaint states.

Via Lou Dobbs Tonight:
Now this…
According to Undercover Huber there is another glaring mistake in the CIA whistleblower report on Trump’s call with the Ukrainian president.
According to the CIA whistleblower who was stationed in the White House to spy on President Trump, the phone call transcript between Trump and Zelensky did not contain anything “remotely sensitive.”
This was another lie.
The transcript was classified as “secret” due to the sensitive nature of the conversation.
According to Undercover Huber:
That classification was set because the diplomatic view of the United States (and POTUS) towards other countries and leaders can “cause serious damage to national security” if disclosed in an unauthorized way. In this case it could also damage the national security of Ukraine too.
Democrats think they can impeach a president over a junk report on an innocent phone call by a deep state spy who, along with Democrats, are attempting a coup of this government.
This won’t end well for Democrats.
A “White House official” is quoted by the whistleblower (WB) as objecting to the storage of the MEMCON transcript of @realDonaldTrump call with Zelenskyy in a secure storage system in the NSC. This was wrong (a cover up) because it contained “nothing remotely sensitive”. Nothing! pic.twitter.com/z38G4xkwkq

That’s why when originally classified the transcript was set at the SECRET, Original Classification Authority (ORCON), No Foreign Distribution (NOFORN) level pic.twitter.com/w4QVsQ5owe

To prove the point, @Comey was referred to the IG and DOJ for potential prosecution because just *one* of his memos contained a *tiny* amount of similar information: POTUS’s views on the relative importance of two countries (one of which was Russia) and when to return their calls pic.twitter.com/flYTWYc4K7

The fact Trump has since been forced into disclosing the transcript is irrelevant
At the time, a SECRET classification was clearly warranted and the call DID contain sensitive national security information
