House Dems Subpoena Trump’s Personal Attorney Rudy Giuliani For Documents Related to Efforts to Get Ukraine to Investigate Biden Crime Family
House Democrats subpoenaed Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani for documents related to his efforts to get Ukraine to investigate the Biden crime family as a part of their impeachment probe.
The House Intelligence Committee has subpoenaed President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani for documents as part of its impeachment inquiry into the president.
In a letter to Giuliani dated Monday, the heads of three House committees asked for information related to the president and his lawyer’s efforts to get Ukraine’s government to investigate the Biden family. Three Democratic-led panels — the Intelligence, Oversight and Foreign Affairs committees — are demanding that Giuliani produce all text messages, phone records and other communications related to the “scheme” he is accused of perpetrating “in order to determine the full extent of this effort by the President and his Administration to press Ukraine to interfere in our 2020 presidential election.”
They wrote that House Democrats’ probe “includes an investigation of credible allegations that [Giuliani] acted as an agent of the President in a scheme to advance his personal political interests by abusing the power of the Office of the President.” They asked him to produce documents by Oct. 15
The Trump-Zelensky transcript was declassified and the full, unredacted 5-page transcript was released last Wednesday morning following a Deep State CIA whistleblower hit.
The transcript destroyed the Democrat-Deep State-media narrative that Trump threatened Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky or engaged in quid pro quo to get him to agree to investigate Joe Biden’s son Hunter for his involvement with Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company.
The transcript revealed that Zelensky hoped Rudy Giuliani could travel to Ukraine to which Trump responded by bringing up Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor that was on the receiving end of a shakedown by Joe Biden.
Trump told Zelensky that he will ask Giuliani and Attorney General Bill Barr to call him in order to restore an honest working relationship between Ukraine and the United States.
Giuliani admitted to CNN’s Chris ‘Fredo’ Cuomo that he asked the Ukrainian government to look into the corrupt Biden crime family.
Joe Biden’s son Hunter was making $50,000 a month sitting on the board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company, despite the fact that he had no knowledge in the field.
Then-Vice President Joe Biden threatened to withhold over $1 billion in aid from Ukraine unless Ukraine fired Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor who was investigating his son for corruption. Biden is even on video bragging about shaking down Ukraine in order to protect his son Hunter.
Now the Democrats are punishing President Trump and moving forward with an impeachment inquiry for exposing the Biden crime family.
